These slides were designed for Lisa’s sales webinar “How To Feed Your Active Family For Success.” The webinar ended with her pitch to enroll in her fitness nutrition course “Family Dinner Tonight.”
Client: CSX
CSX runs a six-month Leadership Development Program for junior hires to the company - this group is called “LDPs.” As the UX Design Lead, I led my team in facilitating an in-person workshop with a group of 15 LDPs to discover how to improve the program.
I designed this presentation to teach the LDPs how we’d use Customer Journey Maps and Brainwriting exercises to identify pain points and brainstorm improvements for the program. After the workshop, I translated the feedback into a separate presentation for HR so they could understand the UX recommendations and decide which changes to implement going forward.

Chrystal L. is a hairstylist and DEI educator who created All Hair Academy, a 5-week group coaching program for hairstylists. Each week Chrystal provided a live-training for that week’s topic. I created the Canva slide templates and designed the slides for each week of the program. Below are some of the slides used for Week 1 of All Hair Academy.

Karyn and I co-presented a session for the “Women In Technology” summit in Jacksonville, FL. During our session, we discussed our experiences as user experience creatives working in our company’s IT department. This is the slide deck I designed for the session.
